No not a ‘selfie’ I did mean to say ‘shelfie’ – a picture or portrait of your bookshelf.
There are lots of ways to style your shelves, depending on what you have on them, where it is positioned in the house and what items you use on the shelf. A ‘shelfie’ can be in the kids bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room or nursery. Let’s take a shelfie and look at some gorgeous styling that can be achieved on a shelf and some ideas you can try at home.
Style your shelves in the kitchen with pretty mugs and cake stands filled with yummy food you’ve baked.
Stack magazines and use picture frames of photos and art to style your living room shelves.
A collection of bottles and candles always looks pretty on a shelf.
Don’t forget the kids bedrooms. Style their shelves with their favourite toys and add a bit of fun artwork.
