I really love going to bed and I do go to bed quite early, sometimes as early as 9pm.  As I am an early riser and then I’m straight out the door with the dog for a good hour run a good nights sleep is so important to me.

There are lots of factors that help get a good nights sleep.  Do you know any of them?

Here are some tips for getting a good nights sleep

  • Stay away from big meals at night
  • Avoid alcohol before bed
  • Cut down on caffeine
  • Avoid drinking to many liquids before bed
  • Quit Smoking
  • Have a good mattress

I know we are up for a new mattress but where do I start? How can I get the perfect nights sleep?

So easy and you can even email yourself a copy of the information so you can take it in store with you.  How easy is that?  So give the Comfort Selector Tool a try and see what it comes up with for you.  You type in things like how you like to sleep, your weight range, what you would like to spend.  It was so time saving too.
