There is still time, yes it’s only March and if you still feel that this year isn’t quite going the way you want it to then I have 10 things to remember to make 2015 the best year.  We all want to be happy right?  Well things like living with regret, wishing you didn’t work so much, wishing you’d stayed in contact with your friends more are all changeable.  Don’t dwell on the negative and try live your life in the most positive way possible.

  1. Appreciate what you have before you ask for more.  Because there is always someone worse off than you.
  2. Words are very powerful.   Choose your words before you spit them out.
  3. Exercise.  Even if it’s only a little bit, it will lift your spirits and you’ll feel healthier for it.
  4. You’ll never be as young as you are right now.  So stop putting off what your going to do tomorrow and do it today.

  5. Smile at a stranger.
  6. Work harder.  Dreams don’t work unless you do.
  7. Take a day off.  Just to do something for yourself.
  8. Take care of your finances.  You’ll look back in a years time and might be quite surprised how a far a little savings each week can go.

  9. Get outdoors more.  Ride a bike, go for a run, do some gardening.  Just get outdoors.
  10. Live within your means.  Life isn’t about trying to keep up with everyone else.  You should never compare the way you live to anybody else as we are all individuals.
