Today I’d like to share with you 20 things that you can do this year.  Can you believe that the year is half way over.  Where has it gone.  The things to try are not anything complicated, in fact they are quite the opposite.  Its just about simplicity and getting back to basics and enjoying each and everyday.

Eat pancakes for breakfast with sugar and lemon and maple syrup.  There is an easy butter and sugar free pancake recipe that you can try here.

Make your own granola.  I started making my own.  It such a great healthy way to start the day, you know there are no nasties in this one.  You can try my recipe here.
