The beach is lovely in Winter.  We often visit the Morninton Peninsula as we have a little piece of land down there where we are in the planning stages of building our family holiday house.

We are walking distance to this delicious, gorgeous little cafe that makes the best coffee.

The blossom is blooming on our trees at the moment, Spring is in the air.

The best playground is walking distance also.  The kids loving playing so close to the beach.

There was even time for some real estate stalking.
