Another week flys by. You can smell Spring is in the air and the mornings are getting lighter. The sun even came out in Melbourne this week and it actually felt a little tiny bit warm. Today I share a few things that happened in my week.
Around my home this week went like this.
Playing around with the Cotton On Kids linen.
I purchased 2 new bottles to add to my growing collection.
We celebrated my Mum’s birthday. I picked flowers from the garden and baked cupcakes.
I enjoyed reading the new issue of Home Beautiful magazine.
My picture of my work space won the my style competition of the month and appears in the September issue of Home Beautiful magazine.
I also won the collect create decorate competition and won a $100 Temple and Webster voucher. You can see this picture on the Temple and Webster blog here.
What a week!
What have you been up to?
You have had an awesome week. Well done hun xx
Hi Sonia
Thanks so much. It was a great week, any wonder I’m feeling a little exhausted today.

Your living space is beautiful. My living room is so dark coz no light comes in. Plus all our furniture inc our sofa r dark choc brown! I wished we considered natural light b4 picking our deco. Ps congrats on ur win x
Thanks so much for your lovely comments, light is so important when it comes to your home. Choosing lighter furniture can brighten up your home too. You could add a lighter coloured throw and cushions that might help. xo
Hi there Yvette, I have only just recently started following you, and am always inspired by your styling, thank you! Could I ask where your coffee table is from please? Many thanks
Belinda
Thanks so much Belinda. The white coffee table is from Freedom. I hope I keep on inspiring you xo
Your lounge room looks great. What frames did you use for the castle tea towels? I have two and I just can’t get them to stay up. They keep falling down in the frames.
Hi Ingrid
Thank you so much for you lovely comments, the frames I used were the Ikea Ribba frames and I used a little bit of double sided tape to hold the tea towels in place. Good luck with yours.
