If you’re in Melbourne over the Christmas holidays then a visit to the Kit Kat Studio in Melbourne Central is essential and you can make your own Kit Kat.

KIT KAT Studio, the concept store that caused a frenzy in Sydney, has come to Melbourne. Designed to celebrate the iconic brand’s 80th birthday, the Studio gives people the opportunity to create their own custom-made KIT KAT from a range of 17 premium ingredients.

In Melbourne for only eight weeks over the Christmas period, KIT KAT fans will not only be able to create their personalised break, they’ll also be treated to an extraordinary limited edition range of Australia’s favourite chocolate .

I had missed the cut off time to create my own but I purchased a few of my favourites.

Anna Polyviou officially launched the KIT KAT Studio to the public on Tuesday 24th November with two limited edition flavours of her own. Known as the Punk Princess of Pastry, Polyviou is the Executive Pastry Chef at Shangri-La Hotel and is famous for her award-winning carrot cake, recently featured on Masterchef. Polyviou released two flavours for Melbourne with one inspired by her hometown.  They all tasted delicious.

So if you’re in Melbourne over the Christmas period, don’t miss the fantastic pop up store at Melbourne Central.
