Sometimes I get so sick of just plain old water.  Don’t you?  We all try to drink the required amount of water that we are supposed to but sometimes it can be so plain and boring.  That’s till I stumbled across infused water. Some infused water recipes are claiming to be Winter immunity boosters too.  It seems to be all the rage at the moment, so I thought I’d give it a go.

Quite simply really you just cut up some of your favourite fruit and put it in a bottle of filtered water or you could use a jar like I have done here.

Some favourite combinations are;

  • lemon and mint
  • strawberry and mint
  • lemon, mint and strawberry
