A great way to get my kids to eat fruit is to cut it up and put it in disposable cups.  Add a pretty spoon and then put them in the fridge. I place them at eye level so when the fridge is opened it is easily accessible. The older kids like it because it is easy to grab the cup and go and with my littlest its the novelty of having the fruit in a cup.  Why don’t you give it a go.
