These healthy muffins are very basic to make, gluten free and are extremely healthy and low in fat.

I am not a nutritionist but I can certainly tell from the ingredients that there is nothing bad in them.

Why don’t you make some for afternoon tea or give them as a gift as I received them. My good friend baked them for me and now I am addicted.20130902-190011.jpg
