How good are bliss balls?  If you haven’t already tried them yet you can read my other recipes here and here.  They make a great snack, quick pick me up, and are handy to chuck in your bag for when you feel a bit peckish.  Today I share these ones that are nut free.  They are just as delicious but great to add to school lunches if your child goes to a nut free school.

Method

  1. Drain the soaked dates and put them and all the other ingredients in the blender.  Process until combined.  Add a little more water to combine if necessary.
  2. Roll into balls and keep in the fridge.

You can mix up the ingredients and play around with them if you like.  If you don’t want the chocolate flavour take out the cacao.

Enjoy
