Homemade granola is a perfect gift that you can whip up the night before.  Make sure you buy a jar of pickles or a spread so you can use the jar if you don’t have one.  All other ingredients can be bought at your local supermarket.  My granola recipe is here.

Why not give a breakfast pudding in a jar.  Super healthy and looks so lovely.  Must be stored in the fridge once made up.  You can decorate the jar in whatever style you like.  Recipe can be found here.

Often there is a last minute trip to Bunnings before Christmas.  If you do happen to go, grab yourself a handful of the paint chips located in the paint aisle.  These colourful chips come in very handy.  I made gift tags out of mine recently when I wanted a bright pop of colour for my kraft paper wrapping.

If you are at the supermarket, grab a bunch of cherries, a block of chocolate and a container of sprinkles for a last minute gift idea that is so delicious and Christmassy, no one will know you rushed this one.

If all else fails, a gift of fresh fruit either cut up or left whole is a lovely way to say Merry Christmas.
